Phenolsulfonic acid is a versatile catalyst mainly used in galvanic baths during the application of tin (ferrostan process). Furthermore, it is used as a catalyst in the production of phenolic floral foams or phenol-formaldehyde resins.
Other information:
Phenolsulfonic acid is a dark, brown liquid with a characteristic odour, which is miscible with water. The phenolsulfonic acid is supplied in 200 litre plastic barrels, in combined 1000 litre IBC containers or according to another agreement. Storage at +5 to +25 °C, protected from direct weather conditions.
